Payment Methods

You can pay for your orders on Visitur using the following payment method:

Credit card.

At Visitur, we use a completely secure credit card payment system to ensure the confidentiality of our customers’ data and prevent potential fraudulent purchases. Confidential data is transmitted directly and in encrypted form (SSL) to the corresponding financial institution. The SSL encryption system ensures complete security for data transmission over the network. Credit card information is not stored in any Visitur database. It is used only on our financial institution’s virtual POS (Point of Sale) terminal, through its secure payment gateway. At Visitur, you can use Visa, Mastercard, and Maestro cards. To pay for your order, the financial institution will ask for your card information (number, cardholder name, and CVV code) and a security verification.

Cancellations

Tours and/or itineraries booked through Visitur may be canceled up to 24 hours before the start time to receive a refund of the amount paid.
  • 100% refund if the cancellation is made at least 48 hours before the visit
  • 75% refund if the cancellation is made at least 24 hours before the visit
  • No refunds will be issued if the customer fails to show up for the appointment.

Shipping

Visitur SCP does not offer any type of delivery service, as the booked tours must take place in person at the site of interest.
